EUGENIA SILVA: GOODBYE 2018

With the end of this year just around the corner, Eugenia Silva takes a moment to celebrate Cabinett’s journey so far.

The smell of champagne and nights with rythm is in the air. The months of 2018 have passed flying by and I’m already eager to start the new year with energy.

These days the festive spirit is everywhere and I can’t resist the elegance and glamour that party looks inherently have. From the two-piece suits made of sequins or velvet to the plunging necklines, maxi earrings, satin fabrics in purple and nude, the sheer and embroidered details plus the gold finish make my wardrobe scream ‘PARTY’ this time of year.

It’s time to take a look back, recap what we’ve lived and assess the year that’s ending. It’s time to celebrate and feel grateful. And I want to say thank you to all of you.

“Cabinett will start new adventures, will continue to work with brands that break the established rules and with women that stand strong”.

To all of you who have been supporting Eustyle for four years and have adapted perfectly to Cabinett, to those of you who have joined this adventure recently and to the ones who fall in love with the universo that is Cabinett each and every day.

Since this project was born barely two and a half months ago we’ve gone over the fashion styles of women that inspire me and embody Cabinett’s philosophy. We’ve travelled all the way to Marrakech to enjoy its corners with Laura Escanes, Coral Simanovich and Melissa Jiménez; we’ve fallen in love with Marta Carriedo’s smile with my lovely Formentera as the background; Lulu Figueroa has hypnotized us with her art; Marta Lozano has been a breeze of fresh air and Malena Costa has transported us to a world of party and glamour. On Black Friday we discovered the staple pieces of Raquel Yáñez, Marta Carriedo, Nina Urgell and Laura Escanes; and we’ve joined forces with The Hip Tee and the Ana Bella Foundation to fight gender-based violence.

All these projects and dreams around a community that is passionate about fashion have made –and still make- me immensely happy and, for that, I want to thank your company every step of the way. Regarding the future, Cabinett will start new adventures, will continue to work with brands that break the established rules and with women that stand strong.

I encourage all of you to keep walking side by side with Cabinett and here’s to a 2019 full of surprises, excitement and, especially, lots of style.

-Eugenia Silva.
